Both rings run the same batch on the same stations. Left injects boxes in arrival order; right uses the optimized order found by simulation and Tabu Search. Watch the queues, the bypasses, and the finish time.
SKUs ordered together get the same station — measured by co-ordering, placed by anchors and five rounds of an exact knapsack, then balanced.
Ten seconds per SKU, three seconds per hop, five waiting slots per station. A full queue means a bypass: another lap before the box can try again.
Random orders seed a best guess; Tabu Search swaps positions, simulates each candidate, and keeps going even through worse moves. The result is the order boxes should start.
