Eight centres, five of which can hold stock. Left keeps every SKU where it sells; right lets the model choose storage centres, single-source each demand point and size the pallets — safety stock, minimum order quantities and capacity included.
Each SKU–centre pair gets a weighted mean and spread from its last 90 days (80 / 15 / 5 % by month), measured from the first day it sold.
Pallets per storage centre cover lead-time demand plus three standard deviations of its pooled uncertainty, rounded up to whole pallets and never below the minimum order.
Which centres hold the SKU, which demand point each one serves (single sourcing) and how many pallets — minimizing 28-day transport plus holding cost under centre capacity. Unreachable SKUs are caught before the model, not inside it.
